Meet Steve

Steve Sawaii, who has been representing buyers and sellers on the Westside since 1977, has dedicated himself to providing quality customer service to his clients. With his knowledge of the Real Estate market and of the Westside, Steve is able to utilize professionalism and competency to insure as smooth of a transaction as possible for all parties involved.

A clear sign of his consistent commitment to his clients is his 90 percent referral rate from past clients who have already experienced his dedication, generosity and honesty in their transactions with him.

Steve was born and raised on the Westside and is third generation Japanese-American. He attended local Catholic elementary and high schools, Santa Monica College, UCLA and Cal State Northridge. Currently, Steve resides in the Pacific Palisades with his wife and three children.

Repeatedly, Steve's outstanding sales record has been acknowledged by Coldwell Banker Company. He belongs to the International President's Premier and to the Top 100 which are the top sales agents throughout Southern California in productivity. Steve Sawaii is a well-known and well-liked person in the Real Estate Business.
